1. About these terms
These terms govern DanceFizz: AI Dance Video and its related website and generation service, operated by Fırat Can Bozkurt. Our business correspondence address is Ahi Mesut Mh. 1904 Cd. 20B Blok No:32 Merkez Sitesi, Etimesgut/Ankara. Contact: firatcanbozkurt@icloud.com.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. The iOS app’s software licence is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these service terms do not remove your mandatory consumer rights.
2. Adults and guest access
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. The initial iOS release is intended for the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
DanceFizz creates a guest account on your device. There is no email/password sign-in or device-pairing feature. Protect access to your device. Reinstalling the app, losing device credentials or changing devices can affect access to your creations and credit balance. If the app’s secure device credential survives a reinstall, it can reconnect to your wallet. After account deletion, a retained recovery credential can recover eligible remaining credits for a new guest account without restoring erased photos, videos or history. Recovery is not guaranteed after a device or secure-storage wipe, on a new device, or if an older app version discarded the credential. Restore Purchases checks eligible Apple purchases, but a completed consumable purchase alone cannot reconstruct a lost guest wallet. Restoring a subscription on another installation may move subscription access from the previous guest account.
3. Creating a video
Select a dance template, choose a photo and review the current credit cost before requesting generation. The selected photo and reference video are processed through fal.ai’s Kling motion-control service. An internet connection is required.
AI results may contain distortions, unexpected movement or inaccurate details. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, processing time, originality or social-media outcome. Review a result before sharing. Generated media is entertainment, not evidence that someone performed an action or endorsed a product.
Available templates and prices may change. The app shows the cost to confirm before a new generation. Credits are reserved while a job is being processed and settled when its result is saved. Credits returned for a confirmed failed generation do not expire and remain usable after Pro ends; they do not extend Pro access. An unresolved request remains pending until reconciled. Starting another generation can use additional credits.
4. Your photos and output
You keep the rights you already have in your photos. Only upload content you own or are authorized to use, with the permission of each adult pictured to have their likeness processed and animated. Do not upload images of minors.
You give DanceFizz and the service providers it uses permission to store, copy, transmit and transform your content only as needed to deliver, secure and support the requested service, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy. This does not give us permission to advertise using your likeness or publish your creations without your direction.
You may save and share your generated videos for personal use, subject to other people’s rights and the rules of the service where you share them. AI outputs may be similar to others and may not qualify for copyright protection. Generating a video does not grant commercial licences to underlying music, choreography, template footage, brands or someone else’s likeness. Obtain the necessary rights before any commercial use.
The app, branding, template media and software remain owned by their respective rights holders. Your access does not permit resale of templates, extraction of the service or unauthorized use of protected materials.
5. Responsible use
Do not use DanceFizz to create illegal, exploitative, non-consensual sexual, defamatory, threatening or harassing content; impersonate someone deceptively; fabricate endorsements; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; or depict abuse involving minors. Do not remove or evade safety restrictions, compromise the service, bypass credit charges, resell API access or use the service to develop competing AI models in violation of provider terms.
Do not present generated footage as authentic evidence. Label AI-generated content where the context, law or sharing platform requires it. Report suspected misuse or rights violations through Support with enough information to locate the issue. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
6. Subscriptions and credit packs
DanceFizz Pro Weekly provides Pro access and 1,500 generation credits for each paid subscription week. The app and Apple purchase sheet show the price, currency, billing period and any introductory offer before you confirm. Introductory eligibility is determined by Apple. If an offer applies, review both its initial price and the recurring price that follows. The price displayed for your storefront applies; this website does not quote a universal price.
Subscription credits are a period allowance: unused ordinary subscription credits expire at the end of that paid period and do not roll over. Credits returned for a confirmed failed generation are an exception: they do not expire. Pro benefits end when subscription access ends. Canceling renewal does not normally end access before the paid period expires, subject to refunds or store adjustments.
Credit packs are separate one-time consumable purchases: 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 credits, subject to availability in your storefront. The localized price shown in the app and Apple purchase sheet applies. Purchased pack credits do not expire, remain spendable after Pro ends, and do not start or extend a subscription. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where law requires a remedy.
Apple charges the Apple Account used for purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is charged within the final 24 hours. Any price change follows Apple’s notice and consent rules and applicable law. No recurring purchase occurs on this website.
Open My Creations → Settings → Manage Subscription or Apple’s subscription management to review or cancel. You can also use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting DanceFizz or its guest account does not cancel Apple billing.
Use Restore Purchases in Settings with the Apple Account used for purchase to check eligible purchases. Restore does not grant the same credits again or recover credits already spent. Apple does not restore consumable packs in the same way as subscriptions. DanceFizz can recover eligible remaining credits using a surviving secure device credential, subject to the limits above; contact support about a missing balance before making another purchase.
For an Apple refund request, use Report a Problem. Apple assesses store refund requests, and approved refunds can remove the associated access or remaining credits. Nothing here excludes statutory refund, repair or other consumer rights, including applicable UK and Australian consumer guarantees.
7. Saving and deleting creations
Generated videos remain available in DanceFizz for 30 days unless deleted earlier. Save videos you want to keep. The app is not a permanent backup service.
You can delete individual creations or use My Creations → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion revokes access to the old guest account and removes DanceFizz media and personal creation records through background cleanup. Once the request is accepted, you can start a new guest account while cleanup continues. Eligible remaining credits may be recovered using the retained secure device credential; this does not restore deleted content or grant the same purchase twice. It does not cancel a subscription, issue a refund automatically or delete copies you shared elsewhere. We retain limited records as described in our Privacy Policy. Cancellation is not a prerequisite for deletion.
8. Service changes and responsibility
We may change features, perform maintenance or suspend access to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. We will provide appropriate notice when practical and where required. Contact support if you believe access was restricted incorrectly. If we discontinue paid services, we will address unused paid access and credits as required by applicable law.
AI generation and network services can fail. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, an exact result or freedom from every defect. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot legally be excluded. They do not require you to waive remedies available under the law where you live.
9. Changes, disputes and contact
We will post revised terms with an updated date and provide advance notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If you stop using the service, separately cancel any subscription you no longer want.
Please contact support first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive foreign court, and do not take away protections, courts or regulators available under mandatory law in your country of residence.
